It is in Jane's memory, as a lifelong friend and gardener, that Jane's Garden Tea was blended to show support during her battle against breast cancer. One dollar ($1) of the proceeds from the sale of Jane's Garden tins will be shared by the Jane Lloyd Fund and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This fund helps patients in Salisbury, CT, with their day-to-day expenses while battling cancer. The National Breast Cancer Foundation provides mammograms, education, and research about breast cancer nationwide.

Harney & Sons created RMS Titanic Blend as a tribute to the tragedy and heroism of A Night to Remember. P. H. Nargeolet, one of the divers with the French exploratory group at Woods Hole in Massachusetts when the Titanic was found, encouraged John Harney to create a commemorative tea to honor the 100th anniversary of those who perished when the Titanic sank. John created this special blend to reflect the quality of tea that was served on that voyage. It features Chinese Keemun, one of the last teas from China that the British still consumed in 1912. By then, they had mostly shifted to black teas from Assam, India, and Ceylon. The blend also includes Formosa Oolong, which was popularized in both the UK and the US by an enterprising Brit. This blend would have been recognizable to tea lovers of that era. A portion of the sales of our RMS Titanic Blend tea will go to The Ocean Conservancy, the dedicated organization committed to preserving our planet's oceans. Louisa May Alcott's Orchard House

In 1857, A. Bronson Alcott purchased 12 acres of land in Concord, MA. A dilapidated house dating from the mid-1600s and its outbuildings were included for free. The apple orchard on the property was extraordinary and delighted Mr. Alcott, who considered apples the most perfect food. Not surprisingly, he named this home "Orchard House."

After moving nearly two dozen times in three decades, the Alcotts finally found their anchoring place and, after extensive repairs, resided there for 20 years. Orchard House is most noted for being where Louisa May Alcott wrote and set the beloved novel Little Women in 1868 at a desk her father built for her.
