We took the smooth, sweet character that's made our vanilla teas so beloved and gave it something extra: vanilla bean flakes that steep right alongside the leaves, bringing a richer, more natural vanilla flavor than extract alone can offer. The result is a cup that feels like a small luxury, creamy and comforting with a gentle sweetness that needs nothing added. Because it's decaffeinated, it's perfectly suited for the evening hours, when the day is done, and the kettle is your reward.

Darjeeling is grown in the foothills of the Himalayas in northeastern India, where high elevation and cool mountain air give the region's black teas their prized character. Our Organic Darjeeling isn't tied to a single garden year after year. Instead, it shifts from estate to estate depending on where we find the best quality, so each harvest reflects the strongest lot we taste. This year's comes from our friends at the Samabeong estate, a certified organic garden. The result is a lighter-bodied cup that still carries the depth and complexity Darjeeling is known for, a fine choice for an afternoon pot.
