The rich flavors of Bangkok, Thailand, are the inspiration for this tasty blend that combines green tea, lemongrass, vanilla, coconut, and ginger. Also known as Green Tea with Coconut, Ginger and Vanilla.

Flavoring teas with jasmine flowers is an ancient Chinese tradition. The base of our Jasmine is a pouchong tea, which is slightly browner than green tea. We add fresh jasmine flowers to create a delicate and fragrant brew.

Orange Pekoe is a classic, satisfying blend of strong Assam and smooth-liquor Ceylon. A traditional staple in many households, John Harney always drank this tea whenever he needed a mellow, comforting cup. This is made from small, broken (BOP) teas in the British tradition. Peppermint Herbal is a single-ingredient herbal infusion, nothing but peppermint leaves grown in Washington State, which makes it about the only tea or tisane we offer from the USA. The cup is brisk, clean, and wonderfully aromatic, with a crisp mint finish and no caffeine at all.

One ingredient means nowhere to hide, so the leaf has to be excellent, and this one is. It is just as good chilled over ice in the hot months as it is steaming after dinner.

Harney & Sons Earl Grey is a black tea from India and China, scented with natural oil of bergamot from Italy. It is the classic version of the cup, brisk and traditional, with a little oolong blended in to lighten it.

Medium in body, its bergamot is gentler than our Supreme, so the black tea still leads. Drink it on its own, or with milk and sugar the way many people first came to it.

The earthy tones of the gorgeous Butterfly Pea Flower make this a unique blend. Please note: The iced tea blend is different than the hot tea blend. There is more Hibiscus in the iced tea to give it more body. This means that the iced tea is a more reddish in color than hot tea.

The mineral content of your water source will affect the color of the brew. Our photos use local spring water sourced from the Berkshires. If the color of your brew is different, please consider trying an alternative water source.

High in the mountains, deep in the mists that surround the Himalayas, is Darjeeling, "Queen of Teas." Our Darjeeling tea is a blend of 1st flush and autumnal teas from the best gardens. This mixture yields a light color in the cup and a fragrant nose. A great value.

For this version, we add three types of cinnamon to African Organic Rooibos (red bush), creating a delicious herbal tisane that's naturally caffeine-free. Some of you ask if we add sugar or sweeteners to this tea; we assure you that we do not. The sweetness comes from the cinnamon. Enjoy it hot or iced!

Chai is a spiced black tea, an Indian black base blended with cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and a touch of vanilla. It brews strong and warming, sweet spice up front and a body full enough to stand up to milk and sugar the way a good chai should.

We built it for the classic preparation, a splash of milk and a little sweetener, though it holds its own poured plain. Unlike many Indian chai recipes, we leave out the peppers, so the cardamom and cinnamon lead instead of the heat.
