We came up with this wonderful blend over a decade ago. We loved the combination of flavors against the subtle backdrop of the white tea. No exciting name came to our heads, so we called it what it was: white, vanilla, and grapefruit. People find that the tea is a pleasant surprise, and it is better than anticipated. Subtle and refined, our White Peach tea delivers a delicate, sweet palate full of scrumptious flavors. We begin with subtle, hand-picked Chinese Mutan White tea, full of light vegetal flavors, and augment its smooth and welcoming palate with sweet notes of peach for a body that's strong without being brash. Finally, an even-handed touch of natural vanilla swirls through, bringing this reliably enjoyable brew to a close.

Heirloom Bartlett Pear tea is a fruit-filled ode to the light, sweet leaves of Mutan White tea and the crisp flavors of Bartlett pears. The silvery white and green Mutan leaves mingle with delicately succulent pieces of pear, apple, and peach. Spice notes of nutmeg and two kinds of cinnamon add a touch of zing. The result is a multifaceted, beautifully layered infusion that's light and warming in every cup.

Earl Grey is a very popular tea here at Harney & Sons, so we offer many variations. They all have one thing in common: the wonderful lemony aromas and flavors that come from our oil of bergamot. It is the base that makes them different. Winter White uses Mutan White, making it lighter than traditional black teas. It has as its base the vegetal and, oh, so lightly fruity flavors of Mutan White Tea. If you want something lighter than traditional Earl Grey, this is a great choice.
